# Why Max HP exists.

Max HP is a private GLP-1 dose tracker for iPhone. It logs shots and pills by dose step, tracks injection sites on a body map, and prints a Clinic Report for your prescriber. There’s no account and no Max HP server. Here’s what it’s for, how it’s made and how this site is written.

## The problem it solves

Most of a GLP-1 prescription happens between appointments: weekly shots or daily pills, side effects that come and go, a scale that jumps around. Then, at the appointment, comes one question: how did the last dose go?

A list of shots doesn’t answer it, and memory isn’t much better. Max HP keeps the log the way a paper chart would, dose by dose and step by step, so the answer is on one page.

## What we won’t do

- **No account**: You never give us an email address, a name or a password.

- **No server for your log**: We can’t see, sell, share or lose what you log, because we never receive it.

- **No ads**: Not in the free version, not in Pro.

- **No AI**: Nothing you log is sent to a model.

- **No dosing advice**: Max HP never suggests, calculates or changes a dose. Your prescriber decides your dose.

## How it’s made

Max HP is a native iPhone app, written in Swift for iOS 26. Your log is stored with Apple’s own frameworks on your iPhone. Max HP isn’t affiliated with any drug maker, pharmacy, telehealth service or clinic, and it doesn’t take money from them.

## How this website is written

- **Written by Max HP.** Pages and articles carry no personal byline. They aren’t reviewed by a clinician, and we don’t say they are.

- **Labels, quoted.** When a page says what a medication’s label says, it quotes the US prescribing information and links to it on DailyMed, with the month we read it.

- **No advice.** Pages describe what to record and what to ask. They don’t tell you what dose to take or what to do about a symptom.

- **Comparisons, checked.** Comparison pages use each app’s own App Store listing and privacy policy, with the date we checked. We say when another app is the better choice.

- **Dated.** Every page shows when it was last updated.

- **Corrections.** If something is wrong, write to [help@maxhp.me](mailto:help@maxhp.me)⁠. We fix errors and note the change on the page.
