# A food noise log for two weeks.

A free, printable food noise log. Each day, circle whether food noise was quiet, some or loud, and whether appetite was less, usual or more, then note what was going on. A “days since dose” column lines each day up with your GLP-1 dose week. It comes from Max HP, a GLP-1 dose tracker for iPhone.

## What food noise means here

“Food noise” is an informal name, not a medical term. People use it for thoughts about food that keep coming back, even when they aren’t hungry. It isn’t the same as appetite, which is why the log keeps them in separate columns: you can be less hungry and still find food on your mind, or the other way round.

## How to fill it in

- **Days since dose**: 0 on dose day, 1 the day after, and so on. For a daily medication, leave it blank or count from your last dose change.

- **Food noise**: Quiet, some or loud, for the day as a whole.

- **Appetite**: Less, usual or more than is normal for you.

- **What was going on**: Sleep, stress, a skipped meal, a busy day: anything that might explain a loud day.

After two weeks, read down the “days since dose” column. If loud days keep landing on the same day of the dose week, that’s worth mentioning at your next appointment.

## Food noise in Max HP

Max HP’s daily check-in has the same two questions, with the same answers: food noise quiet, some or loud, and appetite less, usual or more. Step Reviews show them for each dose step, so you can compare one dose with the last. There are no food, calorie or macro logs: Max HP isn’t a diet app.
