# A Wegovy® tracker for every dose step.

## What to log with Wegovy®

- **Your dose**: The dose your prescriber set. The label lists injections of 0.25, 0.5, 1, 1.7, 2.4 and 7.2 mg (Wegovy® HD), and tablets of 1.5, 4, 9 and 25 mg.

- **The day or the time**: Injections once weekly, on the same day each week. Tablets once daily.

- **The site**: Abdomen, thigh or upper arm, with a different site each time. Max HP’s body map shows days since each site was used. [Printable site tracker](https://maxhp.me/glp-1-injection-tracker)⁠.

- **The wait, for tablets**: The label says to wait at least 30 minutes before eating, drinking or taking other oral medications. Max HP can count it down in a Live Activity.

- **How the week went**: Great, off or rough, with side effects, appetite and food noise.

The label also covers missed doses. What to do depends on how late you are, so read yours or ask your prescriber or pharmacist. In Max HP you can log a dose at the time you took it, or mark it skipped or partial.

## Setting up Wegovy® in Max HP

For the pen, choose **Semaglutide › Pen**; for tablets, **Semaglutide › Pill**. Pick your dose or enter it as prescribed: Max HP’s list stops at 2.4 mg, so for Wegovy® HD use “Other amount” and type 7.2. Add earlier doses as earlier steps. Max HP never suggests a dose.

## Questions

**Is there an app to track Wegovy?**

Yes. Max HP logs Wegovy® shots or pills, injection sites, side effects and weight, grouped by dose step, on iPhone. Logging is free and needs no account.

**Can I track the Wegovy pill?**

Yes. Choose the semaglutide pill. Max HP logs the daily dose and can count down the wait before food and drink, set to 30 minutes from the US label. Change it if your instructions differ.

**What’s the difference between Wegovy and Ozempic?**

Both are semaglutide, from the same maker. They have separate labels, are approved for different uses and come in different strengths. Your prescriber chooses which.

**Does Max HP tell me when to move up a dose?**

No. Max HP records the dose you enter. Your prescriber decides when it changes.
