# A Zepbound® tracker for pens and vials.

Max HP is a private GLP-1 dose tracker for iPhone that works with Zepbound® (tirzepatide), as a single-dose pen, a vial or a KwikPen. Log each weekly dose in two taps, rotate injection sites, count your supply, and see how each dose step went. No account, no ads, and your log is never sent to us.

## What to log with Zepbound®

- **Your dose**: The dose your prescriber set. The label lists 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5 and 15 mg.

- **The day**: Once weekly. Max HP reminds you on your day, by notification or alarm.

- **The site**: Abdomen or thigh, or the back of the upper arm if another person injects it. Max HP lets you switch off sites you don’t use.

- **Your supply**: Single-dose pens and vials, or a multi-dose vial or KwikPen that holds 4 doses. Max HP counts down as you log.

- **How the week went**: Great, off or rough, with side effects, appetite and food noise.

From the US prescribing information, [Zepbound® on DailyMed](https://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/drugInfo.cfm?setid=487cd7e7-434c-4925-99fa-aa80b1cc776b) (revised 8/2026), read November 2026.

The label also covers missed doses. What to do depends on how late you are, so read yours or ask your prescriber or pharmacist. In Max HP you can log a dose at the time you took it, or mark it skipped or partial.

## Setting up Zepbound® in Max HP

Choose **Tirzepatide › Pen** for single-dose pens, or **Tirzepatide › Vial** for vials, then pick your dose. Add earlier doses as earlier steps, so the Ladder shows the whole climb from 2.5 mg. Max HP never suggests a dose.

## At the appointment

Max HP groups your log by [dose step](https://maxhp.me/dose-steps): the weeks you spent on each dose. For every step, a Step Review shows weight rate, side-effect days, appetite and doses on time, next to the step before. The [Clinic Report](https://maxhp.me/clinic-report) puts every step on one page for your prescriber.

## Questions

**Is there an app to track Zepbound shots?**

Yes. Max HP logs Zepbound® doses, injection sites, supply, side effects and weight on iPhone, grouped by dose step. Logging is free and needs no account.

**Can I track Zepbound vials?**

Yes. Choose the tirzepatide vial. Max HP logs the dose and counts the vials you have left.

**Can I inject Zepbound in my arm myself?**

The label says another person injects the back of the upper arm. Ask your prescriber or pharmacist about your own case.

**Does Max HP tell me when to increase my Zepbound dose?**

No. It records the dose you enter. Your prescriber decides when it changes.
