A GLP‑1 tracker built around dose steps.

Max HP is a GLP‑1 dose tracker for iPhone. It logs shots and pills in two taps, rotates injection sites on a body map, counts your supply and reminds you when the next dose is due. Then it groups everything by dose step, so you can see what each dose did. No account, no ads, no Max HP server.

On shot day

  • Two-tap loggingFrom the app, a widget, Control Center or Siri.
  • Site rotationA body map with days since each site was last used, and the site you’ve rested longest marked. Injection sites.
  • Reminders and alarmsWeekly, daily or every few days, as a notification or an alarm.
  • Pill timingFor oral semaglutide, a Live Activity counts down the wait before food and drink.
  • SupplyPens, vials and packs, counted down as you log, with a heads-up before you run low.

Through the week

  • The week dialWhere you are in the dose week, and how each day felt.
  • Check‑insGreat, off or rough, with symptoms, appetite and food noise. Twelve named symptoms, from nausea and constipation to fatigue, hair shedding and injection-site reactions, plus your own.
  • WeightFrom Apple Health or entered by hand, with a 7‑day average so one heavy morning doesn’t look like a trend. Hide the numbers if you’d rather not see them.

At the appointment

  • The LadderYour dose steps as a staircase over your weigh‑ins and symptoms. How dose steps work.
  • Step ReviewsEach dose against the one before: weight rate, side‑effect days, appetite and doses on time.
  • Clinic ReportA PDF for your prescriber, with every step on page one. See a sample.
  • ExportsCSV for a spreadsheet, or a full archive you keep.

Medications it works with

Pick yours during setup:

  • Semaglutide: weekly pen (Wegovy®, Ozempic®), daily pill (Wegovy® pill, Rybelsus®), or a compounded vial
  • Tirzepatide: weekly pen (Zepbound®, Mounjaro®), Zepbound® vial, Mounjaro® KwikPen, or a compounded vial
  • Liraglutide: daily pen (Saxenda®, Victoza®)
  • Dulaglutide: weekly pen (Trulicity®)
  • Something else: name it and set your own schedule

You enter the dose your prescriber set. Max HP never suggests one, and for compounded medication it saves the units exactly as you enter them. Trackers by medication.

What it isn’t

  • Not a source of medical or dosing advice. Your prescriber decides your dose.
  • Not a food, calorie or macro tracker.
  • Not a cloud service: there’s no sync between devices.
  • Not on Android or the web. Max HP is for iPhone, on iOS 26 or later.

Questions

Is Max HP free?
Logging, reminders, site rotation, supply, check‑ins, the last 30 days of the Ladder, and CSV and archive export are free. Max HP Pro adds Step Reviews, the full Ladder, the Clinic Report and the level curve. Pricing.
Does it work with pills as well as shots?
Yes. Daily pills get a reminder and a countdown for the wait before food and drink, set from the label’s instructions for your pill.
Does it work with compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide?
Yes. Pick the compounded vial and enter the dose and units as your prescription states them. Max HP doesn’t convert units to milligrams, because compounded vials differ.
Can I add the doses I took before I started using it?
Yes. During setup you can add earlier dose steps, so the Ladder starts where you did.
Does it work with Apple Health?
If you allow it, Max HP reads weight and waist from Apple Health and saves the weigh‑ins, waist measurements and symptoms you log. Doses aren’t written to Apple Health.
