Why logging is free

A dose log is only useful if you keep it every week, so the part you use every week costs nothing. Pro is for the moments you look back: reviewing a step, or bringing your history to an appointment.

Max HP has no server to run and no ads to sell, so Pro is how it’s paid for.

Questions

Do I need an account to buy Pro?
No. Pro is bought through your Apple Account with Apple’s in-app purchase. Max HP learns only whether Pro is active.
How does the free trial work?
The yearly plan starts with 7 days free. Your Apple Account’s subscription settings show when the trial ends, and you can cancel there. Apple explains how in If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple⁠.
How do I cancel?
Settings › Max HP Pro › Manage in the app, or your Apple Account’s subscriptions on your iPhone. Your log stays, and so do your exports.
What happens to my data if Pro ends?
Nothing is deleted. Logging, reminders and export keep working, and Pro features unlock again if you come back.
How do I restore a purchase on a new iPhone?
Settings › Max HP Pro › Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com⁠.
