A tracker for your GLP‑1 medication.

Max HP, a private GLP‑1 dose tracker for iPhone, works with semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide and dulaglutide: weekly pens, vials, KwikPens, daily pills and compounded vials. You pick your medication and enter the dose your prescriber set. Each page below quotes that medication’s label on how often it’s taken and where it’s injected.

The same log, whatever you take

Whatever the medication, Max HP keeps the same record: each dose, the site, how the day felt, side effects, weight and supply. It groups them by dose step, so a change of dose is a new band on the Ladder and a new row on the Clinic Report.

Max HP never suggests, calculates or converts a dose. Your prescriber decides your dose.
