A semaglutide tracker for shots, pills and vials.
Max HP is a private GLP‑1 dose tracker for iPhone for semaglutide in any form: the weekly pen (Wegovy®, Ozempic®), the daily pill (Wegovy® tablets, Rybelsus®) or a compounded vial. Log doses in two taps, rotate sites or time the wait after a pill, and see each dose step side by side. No account, and your log is never sent to us.
Three forms, one log
- Weekly penWegovy® and Ozempic®. Log the dose and the site; Max HP reminds you on your day and counts the doses left in the pen. Wegovy®, Ozempic®.
- Daily pillWegovy® tablets, Rybelsus® and Ozempic® tablets. Log the morning dose; a Live Activity counts down the wait before food and drink. Oral GLP‑1 tracker.
- Compounded vialNot FDA-approved. Max HP keeps the milligrams and the units you draw side by side, exactly as you enter them. Compounded GLP‑1 tracker.
What the semaglutide labels say
| What | What the label says |
|---|---|
| Wegovy® and Ozempic® injections | Once weekly, on the same day each week. “Inject … subcutaneously in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm.” |
| Wegovy® tablets | Once daily. “wait at least 30 minutes before eating food, drinking beverages or taking other oral medications.” |
| Rybelsus® and Ozempic® tablets | “once daily on an empty stomach in the morning with water (up to 4 ounces of water)” |
| Strengths | They differ by product, and pill milligrams aren’t the same as injection milligrams. See the dose chart. |
From the US prescribing information on DailyMed, read November 2026: Ozempic® (revised 5/2026), Wegovy® (revised 6/2026), Rybelsus® and Ozempic® tablets (revised 1/2026).
The label also covers missed doses. What to do depends on how late you are, so read yours or ask your prescriber or pharmacist. In Max HP you can log a dose at the time you took it, or mark it skipped or partial.
Switching forms
If your prescriber moves you from a pen to a pill, or from a compounded vial to a branded pen, archive the old medication in Settings and add the new one. The old one’s history stays in your Ladder, Log and reports. A change of dose on the same medication is simpler: log the new dose and Max HP starts a new step.
At the appointment
Max HP groups your log by dose step: the weeks you spent on each dose. For every step, a Step Review shows weight rate, side‑effect days, appetite and doses on time, next to the step before. The Clinic Report puts every step on one page for your prescriber.
Questions
- Is there a semaglutide tracker app?
- Yes. Max HP logs semaglutide pens, pills and compounded vials on iPhone, grouped by dose step. Logging is free and needs no account.
- Are Wegovy and Ozempic the same?
- Both are semaglutide. They have separate labels, are approved for different uses and come in different strengths.
- Can Max HP convert pill doses to injection doses?
- No. Max HP never converts or suggests doses. Pill and injection milligrams aren’t interchangeable; your prescriber sets each.
