A GLP‑1 tracker with no account and no server.

Max HP is a GLP‑1 dose tracker for iPhone with no account and no Max HP server. It logs shots and pills by dose step, tracks injection sites on a body map, and prints a Clinic Report for your prescriber. Your log is never sent to us, and you choose whether your iPhone backup includes it.

Why a GLP‑1 log is worth keeping private

A GLP‑1 log is a medication record. It holds your prescription, your dose history, your weight and the side effects you had. Many trackers keep that on their own servers, tied to an account, so they can sync it across devices.

Max HP has no account and no server to send your log to. It works the same offline, because there’s nothing to sync.

What “private” means here, exactly

  • We can’t see your logMax HP has no server that receives doses, weights, symptoms, notes or your medication. There’s nothing for us to look at, lose or hand over.
  • You choose the backupAt setup you pick Fully private, the default (left out of every backup), or Private + backup (your log is in your iPhone backup, like most apps’ data). Change it any time in Settings › Your data. More on backups.
  • Face ID or Touch IDAn optional lock, and a cover in the app switcher so your log isn’t shown there.
  • Apple Health, if you allow itMax HP can read weight and waist, and save the weigh‑ins, waist measurements and symptoms you log. That happens on your iPhone. Doses aren’t written to Health.
  • Exports are yoursCSV and the Max HP archive are files you make and send where you choose. An archive can have a password.
  • Anonymous counts, and an off switchMax HP sends a few anonymous counts through TelemetryDeck, such as that the app was opened or a report was made. Never a dose, weight, symptom or medication name. Switch them off in Settings › Privacy.

What you give up

A private log has trade-offs:

  • No sync. Max HP doesn’t sync between an iPhone and an iPad, or with a partner’s phone.
  • No web view. There’s no website to log in to. Your log is on your iPhone.
  • Moving phones is up to you. With Private + backup, restoring a new iPhone brings Max HP across. With Fully private, save an archive first.
  • We can’t recover it. If your iPhone is lost and there’s no backup or archive, there’s no copy anywhere else.

What Max HP logs

  • DosesShots and pills, grouped by dose step, with the time, the site and the dose your prescriber set.
  • Injection sitesEight sites on a body map, with days since each was last used. Injection sites and rotation.
  • Check‑insHow the day felt, symptoms, appetite and food noise.
  • WeightFrom Apple Health or entered by hand. You can hide the numbers everywhere.
  • SupplyPens, vials and packs, counted down as you log.

Then the Ladder shows what each dose step did, and the Clinic Report puts it on paper for your appointment.

Questions

Does Max HP have an account or a login?
No. You never give an email address or make a password. Max HP Pro is bought through your Apple Account, and Apple tells the app only whether Pro is active.
Is my GLP‑1 log stored in the cloud?
Not by Max HP. There’s no Max HP server and no sync. If you choose Private + backup and use iCloud Backup, your log is part of the iPhone backup Apple stores for you. Fully private leaves it out.
Can Max HP see my weight or my doses?
No. They’re never sent to us. The only things Max HP sends are anonymous usage counts, which carry no health data and can be switched off.
Does Max HP use AI?
No. Nothing you log is sent to a language model or any other service. Charts and reviews are worked out on your iPhone.
Is Max HP HIPAA compliant?
HIPAA covers healthcare providers, insurers and their business associates. Max HP isn’t one of those, and it doesn’t hold your health data, so it doesn’t claim to be HIPAA compliant.
What happens if I delete the app?
Max HP’s storage on your iPhone is removed. Copies in an iPhone backup, archives you saved, and entries Max HP wrote to Apple Health stay until you delete them. Settings › Your data › Erase everything can also remove Max HP’s entries from Apple Health.
