What to log with a GLP‑1 pill

  • The time you took itEvery day. Max HP reminds you at the time you set.
  • The waitMax HP starts a countdown when you log the pill. It’s set to 30 minutes, from the US label for Wegovy® tablets; change it if your instructions differ.
  • Your dosePill strengths differ from injection strengths. Pick yours from the list or enter it as prescribed.
  • Your supplyMax HP counts pills down as you log, and warns you before the pack runs out.
  • How the day wentGreat, off or rough, with side effects, appetite and food noise.

The label also covers missed doses. What to do depends on how late you are, so read yours or ask your prescriber or pharmacist. In Max HP you can log a dose at the time you took it, or mark it skipped or partial.

Setting up a pill in Max HP

Choose Semaglutide › Pill, the list entry for Wegovy® pill and Rybelsus®, then pick your dose. Ozempic® tablets aren’t named in that entry yet, but their strengths are on the list. Max HP never suggests a dose.

At the appointment

Max HP groups your log by dose step⁠: the weeks you spent on each dose. For every step, a Step Review shows weight rate, side‑effect days, appetite and doses on time, next to the step before. The Clinic Report puts every step on one page for your prescriber. Daily doses on time are counted per step, so a run of late mornings shows up.

Is there an app for the Wegovy pill?
Yes. Max HP logs Wegovy® tablets and other oral semaglutide on iPhone, with a countdown for the wait before food and drink. Logging is free and needs no account.
How long do I wait after taking oral semaglutide?
The Wegovy® tablet label says at least 30 minutes before eating, drinking or taking other oral medications. Read your own label, and follow your prescriber’s instructions.
Can I track a pill and a shot at once?
Tracking more than one medication is part of Max HP Pro.
