An Ozempic® tracker that logs every dose step.
Max HP is a private GLP‑1 dose tracker for iPhone that works with Ozempic® (semaglutide). Log each weekly shot in two taps, rotate injection sites on a body map, count the doses left in your pen, and see each dose step side by side. No account, no ads, and your log is never sent to us.

From the US prescribing information, Ozempic® on DailyMed (revised 5/2026), read November 2026. The label text we read has no sentence on rotating sites; the Instructions for Use with your pen show where to inject.
The label also covers missed doses. What to do depends on how late you are, so read yours or ask your prescriber or pharmacist. In Max HP you can log a dose at the time you took it, or mark it skipped or partial.
Setting up Ozempic® in Max HP
Choose Semaglutide › Pen, the list entry for Wegovy® and Ozempic®, then pick your dose or enter it as prescribed. If you were on lower doses before, add them as earlier steps so the Ladder starts where you started. Max HP never suggests a dose or when to change it. For Ozempic® tablets, choose Semaglutide › Pill; see the oral GLP‑1 tracker.
At the appointment
Max HP groups your log by dose step: the weeks you spent on each dose. For every step, a Step Review shows weight rate, side‑effect days, appetite and doses on time, next to the step before. The Clinic Report puts every step on one page for your prescriber. It says it’s patient-recorded, not a medical record.
