The label also covers missed doses. What to do depends on how late you are, so read yours or ask your prescriber or pharmacist. In Max HP you can log a dose at the time you took it, or mark it skipped or partial.
Six steps, one Ladder
The tirzepatide labels list six strengths, so a long course can mean many dose changes. Max HP draws each one as a band on the Ladder, with your weigh‑ins and side‑effect days across it, so you can see what changed at each step. If you started before you installed Max HP, add the earlier doses as earlier steps.
At the appointment
Max HP groups your log by dose step: the weeks you spent on each dose. For every step, a Step Review shows weight rate, side‑effect days, appetite and doses on time, next to the step before. The Clinic Report puts every step on one page for your prescriber.
