Max HP is a private GLP‑1 dose tracker for iPhone that works with Mounjaro® (tirzepatide), as a single-dose pen, a vial or a KwikPen. Log each weekly dose in two taps, rotate injection sites, count your supply, and see how each dose step went. No account, no ads, and your log is never sent to us.
What to log with Mounjaro®
- Your doseThe dose your prescriber set. The label lists 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5 and 15 mg.

- The siteAbdomen or thigh, or the back of the upper arm if another person injects it.

- How the week wentGreat, off or rough, with side effects, appetite and food noise. If you track blood glucose, keep that in the app or meter you use for it: Max HP doesn’t log glucose.

The label also covers missed doses. What to do depends on how late you are, so read yours or ask your prescriber or pharmacist. In Max HP you can log a dose at the time you took it, or mark it skipped or partial.
Setting up Mounjaro® in Max HP
Choose Tirzepatide › Pen for single-dose pens, or the KwikPen entry if you use the multi-dose pen, then pick your dose. Add earlier doses as earlier steps. Max HP never suggests a dose or when to change it.
At the appointment
Max HP groups your log by dose step: the weeks you spent on each dose. For every step, a Step Review shows weight rate, side‑effect days, appetite and doses on time, next to the step before. The Clinic Report puts every step on one page for your prescriber.

- Is there an app to track Mounjaro?
- Yes. Max HP logs Mounjaro® doses, injection sites, supply, side effects and weight on iPhone, grouped by dose step. Logging is free and needs no account.
- Can I track the Mounjaro KwikPen?
- Yes. Choose the tirzepatide KwikPen. Max HP counts the doses left in each pen.
- What’s the difference between Mounjaro and Zepbound?
- Both are tirzepatide, from the same maker, with separate labels for different uses. The labels list the same strengths. Your prescriber chooses which.
- Does Max HP track blood sugar?
- No. Max HP logs doses, sites, side effects, appetite, food noise and weight, not glucose.
