Looking for a OneGLP alternative? Max HP does less on purpose.

Max HP is a GLP‑1 dose tracker for iPhone with no account, no ads and no Max HP server. It logs shots and pills in two taps, rotates injection sites and groups everything by dose step, so you can see what each dose did and bring it to your appointment on one page.

Why switch from OneGLP to Max HP

  • Every dose step on one screen. The Ladder lays out your dose steps as a staircase over your weigh‑ins and symptoms, and Step Reviews compare each dose with the last: weight rate, side‑effect days, appetite and doses on time.
  • A simpler app.Max HP is a dose log with check‑ins, weight and a report. No food, photos or glucose, so shot day takes two taps.
  • You choose about backups.Max HP asks whether your log goes in your iPhone backup or stays only on this iPhone.
  • Logging is free for good.Logging, reminders, site rotation, supply, check‑ins and CSV export never need a subscription.

OneGLP facts are from its US App Store listing (STEVEN JAMES GOOD, 58 ratings, version of 2026-10-27), read on 3 November 2026. “The listing doesn’t say” means the description doesn’t mention it. Max HP’s label is from the answers we’ve prepared for Apple. Labels are written by each developer. Zepbound® is a trademark of its owner, which isn’t connected with either app.

Is Max HP right for you?

Max HP does one job: a clear, private record of your treatment. If you want the Data Not Collected label, an Apple Watch app, progress photos or to import your history today, OneGLP covers those.

Questions

Is Max HP more private than OneGLP?
OneGLP’s label says Data Not Collected, the strongest there is. Max HP’s will declare anonymous usage counts, purchase history and diagnostics, not linked to you, and no tracking. Neither has an account or a server holding your log. See every app’s label in the GLP‑1 App Privacy Index.
Can I switch from OneGLP to Max HP?
Yes. During setup, add your earlier dose steps and their start dates, and the Ladder starts where your treatment did. Max HP doesn’t import files, so keep an export from OneGLP as your record of individual doses.
How much does Max HP cost?
Logging, reminders, site rotation, supply, check‑ins and CSV export are free. Max HP Pro, for Step Reviews, the full Ladder and the Clinic Report, is $8 a month or $25 a year. OneGLP: free to download. OneGLP Premium is listed at $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year, as listed on 3 November 2026.
Does Max HP give dosing advice?
No. You enter the dose your prescriber set, and Max HP never suggests one.
